This is a GOOD thing :) That means I'll be able to mix my OS's from
machine to machine. Each has it's own best uses, but the main server
will be OS/2. Good to hear that there is a movement to standardize.

I've run InJoy before and I really liked it. Made it VERY easy to
automate things by calling a CMD file. And the AutoRedial is nice !

This is a very good possibility, since I'm running Maximus anyway,
and WAS running Max on the OS/2 machine before the hardware went TU,
and was very happy with it. That way the userbase could be shared
between all on the nodes and hopefully with the LAN in place, I would
NOT have to have multiple copies of the various DAT and CTL files that
Maximus uses for it's operation, for each machine.

Thanks Mike, I ftp'd those files and did a temp install to a
remote HD and by the looks of the setup and etc, it looks like
it's going to be the right s'ware.
BTW: If anyone else wants those files, I have them set up here
for freq as either DSK3-?.EXE or MSCNET (magic) to get the both.
My modem is a V.34, so you SHOULD get at least 28800 on connect.
And the total filesize (for both) is just over 1.1 meg (800+300).
Sincerely,
