Thanks to Bill Frost and Garey Barrel pointing out the jumper. So =
simple. I could not get the low resistance on pin 7 and had no idea that =
that wire jumper was the problem. I just need a xtal for the 40 meter =
band and I am in business. The schematic is very poor in showing the =
connection. However it also shows you need read read read the manual.
