I'm reasonably sure that's going to happen.  In the meantime, we suffer the
high cost of gasoline, due to someone's whimsical notion that we should be
paying the same price for gas that everyone in the rest of the world does. 
I remember talking to a fellow from England who was passing through here
and looking for an automotive parts supplier for his company.  I sold him
on me and we got to talking about the price of petrol, as they call it
there.  At that time, this was back in the Eighties, motorists in England
were paying US$3.00 of their version of a gallon of gas.
