To that I'll add that he doesn't have an interactive menu system, but has
to go by a scrolling of channels provided by the Cableco on a specified
channel to see what he's getting and sometimes that isn't accurate.  If he
has the least amount of channels offered, a box is not needed.  It's only
when you want anything above channel 100 (I think) that a cable box is
needed and is a necessity when wanting to view HBO, Cinemax, Showtime or
Starz.  Then he would have an interactive menu system.  Not as good as
DirecTV's, but fair.
