As I mentioned in a previous message, this was probably addressed in a version
later than the one available from Debian's repositories, since I believe that
version is still 1.0.9 or something, and not even 1.1a which has been in
development for years.

If one wants all the goodies and fixes, they must compile binkd themselves, or
possibly see if someone else would do it for them. *shrug*
