I've seen mixed results with electrified wire.. when horses get spooked and
they have no where to go.. they go right through the wire.. electrified or
not.

My goodness! THe English have arrived again! Nice to see someone talking
about pounds for a change.. :)
As far as spending money for babies goes.. I can't even remember what I paid
for my breeding.. I can tell you I spent well over your 1000 pounds (sorry
don't have a key for the "pound" in the US) in dealing with some sporatic
bouts if illness since she had such a poor IGg.
