Once you've had one heart attack the brain can readily identify the
signals and tends to go into panic when it senses the "same" symptoms.
To get around a repeat of this, get some valium 5mg from the doc, (muscle
relaxant). When brain says "SHIT! ANOTHER ATTACK" place half a tablet
under you tongue on each side (where they tell you to put the heart
tablets) and lie down and keep still! If symptoms have not decreased
in 20 mins then get to the hospital.
I've had 10 "real" heart attacks so far, (IE Hospital jobs) but due to
my spinal damage, the spine causes the same symptoms to appear anywhere
from 2 to 6 times a week, and has been for the past 4 years. Needless
to say I needed _some_ method of deciding which were real and which were
spinal damage messages to the brain.
I have found the above works for me. I hope it is of help to you.
Cheers
Niels
