I've had the January 1998 issue of Popular Science sitting in my "in" pile 
for a while now, but still haven't gotten around to quoting from an article 
from it. The article concerns "micro spy planes" which can fit in the palm of 
your hand. Some of the designs match some I've seen in UFO reports.  I'll 
type up the interesting bits whenever my work schedule slows down.
If you don't read Popular Science, you should.  Not only do they occasionally 
have articles about UFO's or Area 51, but the articles about military and 
scientific technology usually have something of interest that applies to 
UFOlogy.  They're also on the web at www.popsci.com
