GR> are you using that program or are you using Ry's internal qwk system?
GR>Greg
I have only used your internal qwk since switching from single line to
RyMult about a year ago, since I could never get Doug's version to work
under Rymult. I had asked you about the problem at the time and I
remember you said that you were unable to run Doug's newest version,
2.80 I believe, under Rymult, but you had run the earlier versions.
Frankly, if I could, I would run both and let the callers decide. There
are someadvantages to each. Your version is definitely much faster.
But Doug's has some advantages that yours doesn't:
1) FORCED.FIL was a file you placed in the mail door directory that
would force certain areas on. It looked like this:
*  * *
on a line would force on areas 1,4, and 6 (an asterisk in columns 1,4,
and 6).
2) PREPACK.FIL with the names of certain users would prepack their mail
for them during an event which would sa ve them time when they logged
on.
I used these 2 options and I really mis them (hint, hint!)
On the plus side for your version like I said it is much faster.
Regards,
Jim
