I don't know. I use a souper to download usenet groups from my newsserver,
later I convert them from soup to pkt with SoupGate, after that I toss them
to my message base with my tosser (FMail) and I can read them without noisy
headers, like the FidoNet echos.
Finally if you use JamNNTPd you can read those groups without those header.
