Most of them you ADD a jumper.  I've only seen a few where you remove one. If 
it's a standard clone motherboard, it's a 4-prong jumper very close to the 
battery/capacitor; which is about the size of a $1 sstack of pennies, and 
it's usually wrapped in blue or red plastic.

Are you kidding me? Okay, just start your computer, press the -button 
while it's counting its memory to get in the BIOS. Enter the first 
menu-option, set your B:-drive to 5 1/4 1.2Meg or 360Kb. Press ESC and , 
and es to save settings to CMOS. 
Dos has got nothing to do with it.
