There is some fresh water quarry diving just east of Nashville that I would 
recommend to keep yourself wet and your skills up.  I would recommend that 
you call 615-860-9390 for more information on how to get to Martha's Quarry 
off exit #232 on I-40.
I don't know what's available any further east of Nashville as I am on the 
south west corner of Tennessee in Memphis.
