According to IMDB, he's listed with writing credits for 14 episodes.

Based on what I've seen from both on TV (B5, Jeremiah, Buffy, Angel,
Firefly) I'd rate JMS as writing better plots (and maybe characters),
but Jos Whedon with better dialog.
