My sentiments exactly: Nobody who wants to run the country should be
allowed to. Declare the government morally bankrupt and bring in the
statutory managers. The jury system works fairly well and is accepted by
the public as being generally fair, we should apply the same approach to
the drafting of laws: take groups of citizens and lock them in rooms until
they come up with workable (and sensible) laws.
