that's one of the things i like about the "preview" software that
i use... it takes a look at all the mail on the server before i download
it... i can easily add a filter for a sender and tell the software to
bounce the crap right back at them... i've done it a few times when someone
has not removed me from their "group" mailing mess... needless to
say, when their box(es) start getting filled up with their own stuff, they
quickly remove my email address from their "group" as they were
asked to do in the first place ;)

FWIW: the software i'm speaking of the MailWasher... it is a GUI windows
app... i'm running the latest on my win98se boxes but i'm considering
dropping back to the previous version i was using due to one small
coloration problem but i may just report it to them for fixing... that'd be
the right thing to do but i don't know how much weight i'd carry with them
since i'm running it in the basic freebie mode...
