Actully, In the episode where they were having a trial onboard the Enterprise
becouse of a klingon spy and a subsequant explosion in engineering. I dont
recall the episode but in it the admiral who was doing the "Inquisition"
quated Picard as having broken the prime directive on 7 seperate occasions.

Actully, I think what she said was it was the part of her that she left
behind in the Nexus..The part that she was wrenched away from when she was
"rescued" by the Enterprise-B. Logically that would mean that if you left by
freewill, then you wouldn't have been taken out unwillingly.
