He (along with Superboy and Supergirl) was in a Superman book just this last 
week or two.  Just a panel or three, though.  In the JLA books I've flipped 
through, he appears to be featured as much as any other member, which 
unfortunately means not much.

I don't think Green Arrow is a member at present, but he does pal around with 
Green Lantern and Flash, who are.  I don't doubt that his book will end, 
given as I started reading it a year or so ago.  Apparently, my interest in a 
comic is enough to kill it.
