Is the xp_date value in a user.bbs record simply a 4 byte integer, 
representing the number of days from some, past reference date, pointing to 
an expiration date for a user?
 
If so, what's the reference date?  If not, could someone clue me in, as to 
how to extract an expiration date from a user record?
