From: Steven Durrett Bill - The problem I see with the Oregon provision is that while it clearly provides freedom to worship Jehovah (aka "Almighty God") in any way one wishes, it arguably may not protect anything else. It would depend on whether a court interpreted the first religion clause (Section 2), and whether the judges felt it defined the scope of the other clauses. Is Oregon's Supreme Court elected?
