Uh, Ross, who is it here who is bringing in items from other echoes? This was never really an echo for religionists...but it is they who keep coming in threatening everybody with hellfire if we don't convert to what they believe. There's always a couple bad apples in the barrel but I'd take count of just how many there are of atheists when compared to the number who claim religion and I think you will find the scales very unevenly balanced on the side of 'you better believe or else'. And Ross? I really would like an answer to that first question in the above paragraph. In fact, I'd still like an answer as to why the christian religion deserves any more respect than worshippers of zeus, odin or the flying spaghetti monster? You keep saying a person's religion needs to be respected but you don't ever say why. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5a* Origin: FidoTel & QWK on the Web! www.fidotel.com (1:124/311) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 14/250 34/999 120/228 123/500 128/2 140/1 222/2 226/0 249/303 SEEN-BY: 250/306 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 1406 1418 266/1413 280/1027 320/119 SEEN-BY: 396/45 633/260 267 690/734 712/848 800/432 801/161 189 2222/700 SEEN-BY: 2320/100 105 2905/0 @PATH: 124/311 140/1 261/38 633/260 267 |
