When sending an update via netmail I just send it Crash/Direct and it gets
there fine. In this day and age I rarely route personal netmail's

But I usually send updates via email these days to echolist{at}filegate.net
and I usually get an email reply/conformation within the hour.

I suppose there is the option of setting up a secure connection with Ben if
was willing. But I have never found that to be necessary.

When sending a Crash/Direct netmail to Echolist {at}1:1/21 with a subject of
MOD UPD. Do your logs show the netmail successfully sent?
