As everyone turned to listen, Neil Ferguson said this about C++ Compiler

Hi Neil,
I'm in my second semester of C++ and so far it's kicking my butt! I
was wondering if you could tell me where this version of C++ that you
are discussing can be found? It's a royal pain in the butt to always
have to go to the computer lab at school to work on my programs when I
could be working on them at home. I don't have the funds right now to
go buy a copy, as they're not cheap.
