I still can't stop my brain do an automatic fire off after 4 years.
On a concious level I can ignore it, but it is too late by then as the
sub-concious has already released a massive dose of adrenalin into the
 system.

All you need is a relaxer to oppose the adrenalin that has been
 released.

What I forgot to say is to have something to focus your mind on while
you are lying down that will take a lot of concentration. This
definitely helps the conscious brain to ignore the " I am dying"
messages that the subconcious and your body is emitting

I read EMail and put a set of headphones on that has music playing that
 I really like.

 LOTS worse :-(

The subconcious at work!!!

The adrenalin burns up all the avaiable energy. Until you can remove
the stress, gaining weight is difficult.

Hint... Don't untwit anyone ! Twit the to's as well :-)

I've got the stress controlled, and am trying to _lose_ weight. :-(

BTW The last time they had me on the heperin for 4 weeks. part of that
time I had 2 drips on one wheelie-stand and the third drip on another.
Talk about faithful companions following one about. :-)

Hospital food.

Public hospital food is shit, and is at times actually inedible.
I went to a private hospital for a week and they had a menu as good as a
first class restaurant.
Next op is planned for a Private hospital for sure!!

Cheers
Niels
