AFAICT, the email posts are building up and when the echolist returns, it
will consume all of those posts... one can only hope that it doesn't choke
but then again, looking at it from a computer sense, it will take each post
in order and chew on it to swallow as at any other time... the question is
if the posts waiting on the SMTP server as flushed down the crapper or
not...
