Well, I started lurking a few weeks ago when our BBS joined Fidonet (due in
large part to my prompting the sysop :-).
I have one silver/gold angelfish in a ten gallon tank.  That's all.  This
fish was inherited from my sister when she moved across the continent 5
years ago.  She left me five goldfish and around 8 various tropical fish.
Not really being good at keeping fish, all of them died except the one
angelfish.  This fish will not die!  Even after 90degree F. temperature in
the tank the first year that kill most of the others... Water not salty
enough... 2-3 month without cleaning the tank...  etc....
After two years of having very little salt in the tank and the angelfish
losing most of the fins, I cleaned the tank, changed the water, added the
proper amount of salt and medicines and prayed!
I guess the salt did the trick, because the fins are almost back to their
normal look of 5 years ago!
So, I guess I'll go back to lurk mode unless anyone has questions?
