It is possible to reverse the direction of throw inside the transmitter. To
put it in the most simple of terms, there are two or three wires on the 'pot'
inside the radio that controls the throw of the stick (or wheel/trigger). It
is possible to switch the outside wires and effectively reverse the direction
of throw. You're right, it's not for the absolute beginner, but it is
ossible
for someone who knows how to wire an ESC for example. It's not necessary to
o
inside the servo itself to make this mod. Note that if you change the radio
gear to another car in the future, you may have to go back inside and change
it all back again.
It was covered in more detail in RCCA, not sure the issue, but it has been
within the last 18 months. (Pretty sure, anyway).
