Just a word to the wise.  When you get your new modem make _SURE_ 
that it is Win/DOS.  A windows based modem requires a lot of 
software drivers to work properly.  In a Win/DOS modem those same 
functions are implemented on the modem in hardware.  The former is 
cheaper, the latter works better, and is more versatile.
