There was an interesting movie which made reference to this in the film
Mercy Mission: The Rescue of Flight 771.  It had Scott Bakula and Robert
Loggia in it.  The film is based on a true story and has some terrific
acting in it by Bakula.  At the end, he actually looked like he spent some
20+ hours in a plane with no place for him to move about.
