Hey, Paul... how about letting the MODERATOR decide what is off topic or not.
A little bit of levity never hurt this echo, and I'm not the type to get bent 
out of shape over the occasional post by a responsible user.

Nope. In fact, your attempt to 'moderate' is even more OFF topic than 
Jackson's reply, regardless of anything you do to try to mask the original
