I ran the commandline directly and received the email.  Do I need to remove
the *V?

Try running blat.exe from the command prompt, passing it all that info
(Replace the tempfile.*N with the correct filename, and replace the
macro after -t with your email addy).

That should show you what is going wrong. You might need to remove
that -log command, but I'm not sure.
