Can someone give me an example of a successful blat -install?

I've tried:

blat -install shurato.net shurato
blat -install shurato.net shurato{at}shurato.net
blat -install pop.bois.qwest.net kmarty7
blat -install pop.bois.qwest.net kmarty7{at}qwest.net

I'd like to just use shurato.net, since I have it set in irex as an smtp
server that forwards to pop.bois.qwest.net.  I'm confused about the user
name though, if I need to just use the user name, or a fully qualified user
name including domain.

None of those appeared to work, but I'm trying to send a message locally
through my nat, so that could be a problem.  The validate.q-a script worked
before I tried to workaround the long email address issue.
