I wish I could help you on this one, but since it's not a problem here I am 
not sure how to fix it. The only problem I seem to experience is that after a 
BBS call and Binkley is back up and running, I can not do a forced call 
Alt+M. Binkley thnks it's already connected. Binkley will dial out OK if I 
Alt+P
I'll do some testing and drop carrier and see what happens.
