Yeah, maybe you should look for some updated reports after the initial storm

The original twitter post was absolutely correct and did not contain any
complaints against Deutsche Bahn (German Rail). The train with the booked seats
was cancelled, and the train used instead was overcrowded. No surprise for
anyone who travelled with DB during the last years, this happens all too
frequently (maybe because the government turned DB into a private company
supposed to make profit, who knows?).
However, the press department of DB managed to turn this into an epic PR
desaster by patronizing and claims about the reserved 1st class seats, making
it even look as if the photo posted with the first tweet was staged.
Actually, Greta and parts of her entourage simply got seats after changing
trains somewhere in the middle of Germany.
Fun fact: As DB PR managed to insist on their view (showing that they didn't
know about their own schedule and cancellations), they made various travel data
available via twitter that are covered by data protection laws, and now they
have the data protection officers at their heels.
