I'm sure you must be able to log onto another system in Indianapolis.  If
you like your present system, you could use another for this echo only, or
for your net mail.  Doesn't look to me like this echo needs that much
moderating, anyway.
Of course, if you don't _want_ to do it anymore, that's another story . . .
