I think in Z5 it was a lack of nodes. Same thing in Z6. I think there were
nodes in Z6 but none who came forward to act as ZC, a language barrier as
well I think.

Any nodes in those areas can still link into the net perhaps in Z3.

BTW, I did reply to your netmail and being unsure of whether or not I have a
good route to Z4 I will also attempt to send it to your BOSS node so you may
get it twice.
