What's going on is clear if you check the sender's origin - the message was
created using a non-English character set. It does happen from time to time
and, when it does, it's a job for the moderator. Other off-topic replies are
as inappropriate as the original message (especially those containing
profanity).
Bottom line - leave moderation to the moderator. Thanks in advance for your

P.S. [Personal note] I wonder how many people quoting the popular
xpression,
"DOH", realize that it's introduction into the popular culture of the
English langauge is more properly attributed to Scottish actor James
Finlayson than to Homer Simpson? Hint: Watch any of the myriad comedy
short subjects in which Finlayson co-starred with Stan Laurel & Oliver
