Well, there is some noise being made about it, but not enough. 
Governments could fall over theis ( particularly the British one) and it 
would devastate the aivaition industry. 
It has affected people. Lots of them. Mostly pilots. Lots and lots have 
been grounded by exposure to engine oil fumes.
