AC-4 had 20/20 on the bias supply for years.  Late production started 
using 40/40's.  Never had any problems with the 20/20's, possibly the 
40/40 became more available.

The AC-4 parts list dated Oct 1, 1976 shows the 40/40 also.   The AC-4 
was introduced in 68 or 69.

Your 33/33 should be fine.
