November of 2015, no mention on any post going back to 2012 of any moderator
there?  In fact there's been no echo

I'm merely doing what I can to keep it from dropping into oblivion.  If there
is a moderator, ACCORDING TO ECHOPOL1 THEY ARE DERELICT IN THEIR DUTY.

     6.   DUTIES OF  ECHOMAIL CONFERENCE  MODERATOR:   It shall be the
     duty of  the Echomail  Conference Moderator to make in good faith
     every reasonable  effort to  insure that the moderated conference
     does not  distribute or promote illegal activities or information
     as defined  below in  Section V Paragraph 2.  The Moderator shall
     be responsible  for  insuring  that  messages  contained  in  the
     conference corresponds  to the  conference theme.   The Moderator
     shall report any violations of this policy to the proper Echomail
     coordinators and  lodge  any  appropriate  policy  complaints  as
     provided for  in  policy  documents  adopted  by  Fidonet.    The
     Moderator shall  post the  conference rules  in the conference at

There has not been ANY conference rules posted in the echo... period... no
mention as to who is the moderator.  As for the Echolist... it's a good thing
to have it listed somewhere so we can promote it.

Now, with that said, it's obvious that you do care about the said echo... I
have no problem with you being a moderator in the echo with me, but echo rules
will be posted soon.  And I am going to actively advertise the echo to ASK
(Amiga Society of Kentucky) who will probably use the web forum interface of my
BBS to participate in it.

In short I'm going to do some work to revive it... now are you going to stand
against me or work with me.  We can have something great here and I'm willing
to share.  I sure hope you will stand with me because I don't see you as a
troublemaker, but a potential ally in getting fidonet moving again.
