I got my units from DAMARK via mail order.  I haven't seen this model in
their catalogs lately, but they have a way of still offering products that
are no longer listed.  Call their number (800-729-9000) and ask about the
Bel-Tronics caller ID unit model AD-100 (no other model/brand will do)
Last time I saw it listed, it was $39.95.  Picks up all area codes that your
local phone company sends to it.  Not running any software at all-it's all
done by this little box!
