Just a suggestion - it is not in WinOLX, but rather the way the packet
is received from Silver Express.  You need to go to your settings in the
BBS and tell it you want to zip it and receive it as Q-Modem.  There is
something else, but I can't remember what.  Maybe you can try contacting
the sysop of the BBS.
