-> Sure they did.......the '59 went on sale in October 1958. ANd honest-to-god customer deliveries started about ten minutes before 1959! I'm sure there must have been some, but I never saw a 348 in an El Camino. I had one in a '59 Impala HT coupe. Sold that old honker for $150.
