Ever since I had a Best Buy sales person volunteer me for a "payment protection plan" on a camera (pay them $4.95/month, and if you can't make the payments, you get to give them the camera back, no questions asked -- and no refund!) I got a copy of the form after several calls, and it wasn't my initials on the form! Several calls later, and they made it seem like they were doing me a favor removing *their* fraudulent charges. So, I'll pay sales tax - and still use Best Buy as my internet showroom. :) --kW --- SBBSecho 2.12-Win32* Origin: http://realitycheckbbs.org | information is power.
