I love coins, and collect them anyways - regardless of whether I'm able to
spend them or not. Ever since I found a pre-1964 silver quarter in my change
when I was a kid, I've been hooked.

So, yes, when I see a penny on the street, I pick it up. :)

I've been buying lots of junk silver, I want to have a hedge and
can't afford/don't want to buy gold. I figure if nothing happens, I've spent a
little bit of money and gotten some pretty coins to pass onto my kids, the same
way my dad did with binders of indian-head pennies and silver dimes/quarters
from the turn of the century. 20th, that is.
