An interesting way to go would be to allow the winner the choice of
which title they went after, and if they won the strap of the other
show, they MUST be traded to the other show. That would make the
Rumble "special" again, and one of the few cases where there could be
crossover matches that would make sense.
That could set up a talent transfer to help balance the shows' talent
levels if done correctly, and if tension between a GM and a talent is
worked into the storyline, it could be used as a mini-program with the
talent trying desperately to win the Rumble to get away from
Bischoff/Steph.
