Says who? He's absolutely right, under Win95 you can run Max/32 and pass to
a DOS door, but under NT you can't. It will not give a DOS program access to
an open com port, it will complain that the port is in uses, even with a
fossil. You're forced to use the DOS version of everything under NT if you
have any DOS door.
