The browser in the PS3 can handle YouTube videos.  I would therefore
expect that to get Netflix to work through a PS3, Netflix could make it
happen from there end by transcoding to what the PS3 can handle.

Does it work with the PS3?

If I had a Windows computer hooked up to my TV, then I could just use
the video streaming direct from Netflix on the PC.
