Guy, a couple of things to look into. First, your system is inconsistent
between MSGID and PATH line. Numerous hubs, including John Souvestre test for
a match between the MSGID and first entry on the PATH line. If they don't
match, the message gets trapped for manual inspection. You should reconfigure
your message reader's primary address as 242/90 to eliminate this situation

Second, there 's only one link between you and the backbone, and that's Mike
O'Connor in Quebec. You might check with Christian Descamps who also feeds
from Mike, and see if he's (a) getting your messages, and (b) getting traffic
that you aren't.
If that all appears normal, then it's =possible= that your message are being
killed at 396/1 for technical deficencies.
I checked Jack Stein's Babble O'Meter posted on 4/1, and it shows two
messages from you during March. Those are messages that made it overseas.
Let me know what you find out, and if I can help any further, I'll be happy
to.
