So releasing large quantities of CFC's (which are used to clean the 
silicon wafers that are being made into solar cells) is okay if it's 
done into the atmosphere over North America, Europe, or Asia, but not 
if it's done in NZ? Don't these people realize that we all live on the 
same planet?
