I do not believe so. With the backing of AT&T - very, very unlikely.

They will  change for sure, hopefully for the better. Back in 84 when they
were the underdogs, they got off to a good start. They became complaisant
5-6 to years after. I guess it got to their head...

Are we over served, maybe. I surmise that one or both Microcell and Clearnet
will eventually be absorbed by Bell or Cantel/AT&T in the next decade.

Time will tell.
